Mustafa Kemal Atatürk
Seeing children’s magazines among the books he took to the front showed me his devotion to education and leadership, and it gave me my love of reading and learning.

I am devoted to helping people reach their full potential.
People who act with integrity even when no one is watching become the example of honesty in their organisation. Only someone who acts ethically in every situation can be trusted, and candour makes the urge to control fade.
I see myself as a management engineer. Using what I have learned to make a positive difference in other people’s lives fills me with passion.
I feel I owe a debt to the planet, to nature and wildlife, to the universe and to our ancestors, and I believe I have to work to repay it.
Taking part in activism with my wife, helping those in need while building steady prosperity for my family and my community: that is what drives me.

Managing partner, owner ·
I started as co-founder of Alesta and team leader at KW. When the average real estate office in Turkey had 12–13 consultants, I led growth past 100 consultants in our first year. As co-founder and team leader of KW Viya, my team and I built one of İzmir's leading offices. We ran KW Alesta and KW Viya with the goal of becoming Turkey's top-selling office and reached 1,000 sales for the first time in a short period. With no coaches yet for the new brand, I became the first KW coach, delivered over 700 hours of training in my first year, then built a teaching team of more than 30 trainers. Today I own the KW Alesta, KW Viya and KW Orsa offices.

Head of the real estate committee
We stood three months before the election and, with our colleagues’ trust, won against a team that had held office for 24 years. With no real estate trade regulation in place, we worked alongside the ministry and contributed to the education requirement and the licensing system. During our term we held twice as many meetings as the other 90 committees. At the Ministry of Finance workshop on informality in real estate, I contributed reports and data to the regulation. I was one of 12 jury members from İzmir for the Sign of the City Awards, Turkey’s prestigious real estate competition. We organised more than 12 free trainings at the chamber for all real estate agents, each with over 400 attendees in a 350-seat hall.
2018–2020
Founding president
At the association of entrepreneurial real estate advisers, we worked to bring all agents under one roof, arguing that brands are a choice while our profession is a shared value. We set out to put the industry’s unwritten ethical rules in writing, ran network meetings and workshops open to the whole sector, and organised a proptech-sponsored fair. Our association grew to more than 600 members, and İzmir became the province with the fastest-growing TÜGEM membership in Turkey.
Founder
I founded my own basketball club and grew it to 500 athletes. Our professional men’s team was invited to the Türkiye Basketbol 2. Ligi; we beat experienced teams and finished near the bottom. When we couldn’t find a court to train on in İzmir, we built one with our own resources.
Founder
Seeing that professional real estate photography in İzmir was slow and expensive, we founded the first digital real estate agency serving the whole sector quickly and affordably: photo and event video for 4 master franchise brands, plus websites, social media, 3D virtual tours, drone and virtual staging for 30+ offices, 30+ brands and 500+ consultants.

Seeing children’s magazines among the books he took to the front showed me his devotion to education and leadership, and it gave me my love of reading and learning.
He could have escaped but chose not to act against his values, teaching me the virtue of choosing the truth.
"There is just one life for each of us: our own." Plain wisdom that still speaks 2,500 years later.
He spread his teacher’s ideas worldwide and founded a school that shaped more thinkers than many universities today.
His books have been my reference since high school; he taught me to respect people for being human, not for their titles.
He saw beyond centuries of accepted laws, believed in himself when others didn’t, and stayed a humanist.
"I will either find a way or make one." A commander Atatürk himself admired.
Through his Meditations I discovered Stoicism and learned to focus only on what I can change.
He made room for women to work as equals in his community; his wife Theano was a mathematician.
Born and raised in İzmir, author of the first great epics, the legend of my own city.
Tried for what he knew to be true, he still proved it to science and humanity.
He wrote the songs I would have written for my wife.
