I started out as the co-founder of Alesta and team leader at KW. Although the number of consultants for each real estate company in Turkey was 12-13 when I started, I am the leader responsible for the growth of the agency, exceeding for the first time—100 consultants in the first year.
I am the co-founder and team leader of KW Viya and together with my team we have grown into the most prominent offices in Izmir.
When I started working as a managing partner of two regional offices, KW Alesta, and Viya, we worked with the vision of becoming the best-selling office in Turkey, and for the first time, we achieved 1000 sales in short time.
When I started as a team leader of KW coaches, I became the first coach because there were no coaches for the new brand. In the first year, I spent over 700 hours training, then I established my teaching team by developing over 30 trainers.

- I was elected as the head of the real estate committee, thanks to my colleagues who trusted us as a candidate, 3 months before the election, against the team that has been in power for 24 years.
- Real estate trade laws did not exist in our country, the ministry started working simultaneously with us, and in this process, we actively and quickly shared our views with the ministry and contributed to revisions and regulations. Introducing the education requirement, understanding the model, we spent a lot of time as a committee on the development of the license system.
- During our tenure as the committee, we held 2 times more meetings than the other 90 committees.
- I took an active role in the regulation to be issued in order to prevent the informal sector, the reports and figures that I presented in detail by being present at the workshop on the prevention of informality in the real estate sector of the Ministry of Finance.
- I was honored to be selected as a 1 of 12 jury member from Izmir in Turkey’s most prestigious real estate competition, the sign of the city.
- I organized 12+ trainings in my chamber of commerce, open to all real estate agents, all free and over 400 participants each (hall capacity 350 people).
- I was appointed as the founding president of TÜGEM, the association of all entrepreneurial real estate consultants, Izmir.
- We tried to gather all brand-independent real estate agents under one roof by trying to explain that brands are a choice and our profession is a common value.
- In our industry where ethical rules cannot be written, we have made an effort to make ethical rules written.
- We organized network meetings and training workshops open to the participation of the whole sector.
- We organized a fully crested fair under the sponsorship of technology companies serving real estate and technology proptech all-day real estate companies in Izmir and Turkey.
- More than 600 real estate agents visited.
- We became the province that increased the number of Tügem members the most in Turkey.
- I established my own basketball club and delivered it to 500 Athletes. We were able to receive an invitation from the 2nd league for our newly formed team.
- We have established a professional basketball team consisting of athletes under the age of 20, all of whom are students.
Although we beat experienced and successful teams in the league and achieved a flash exit, we completed the league in the last places.
Since we could not find a basketball court to train in Izmir, we built a basketball court to Izmir with our own means and budget.
When MORE Agency realized that we were getting slow and expensive service with professional real estate photography in İzmir, we established the first digital real estate agency that will work with a fast and affordable price policy to serve the entire sector. We have succeeded in photography and event video for 4 master franchise brands. We have started to provide digital agency service to more than 30 real estate offices, more than 30 brands and more than 500 real estate consultants, construction companies about website management, social media content, production, 3d virtual tour, drone virtual staging service.
- With our Emlakatabugün social media account, we provided 12.7K organic followers and nearly 1200 photos and videos of real estate.
- We reached 61,6 K İzmirlilerburada followers with the photos and videos of the beautiful İzmir that we created on our social media account, and we continue to grow day by day.
- We reached 93.2 k followers by giving news from izmir with our İzmirinmuhabiri account.
